Quarterly Valid Enrollment Targets
Your hotel is given Quarterly Valid Enrollment Targets. These targets are based on room count, seasonality and whether or not your hotel is subscribed to our Signature Reservation Service (SRS)*. Targets are designed to be attainable based on the number of non-member guests who stay at your hotel.
Your hotel is given two "high season" quarters, when your hotel's enrollment opportunity is anticipated to be the greatest, and two "low season" quarters, when your hotel's enrollment opportunity is anticipated to be lower. Hotels subscribed to SRS* have lower Quarterly Valid Enrollment Targets than hotels that do not participate. See the below chart for details.
WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham hotels have a Quarterly Valid Enrollment Target of 40 per calendar quarter regardless of season.

Loyalty Fee
The Wyndham Rewards program includes a standard 5% loyalty fee. Your hotel may be charged more or less than this standard fee based on your enrollment performance.
*The loyalty fee for WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham hotels is 2.5% on all point-earning stays, regardless of enrollment performance.
Loyalty Fee Discount*
When your hotel exceeds its Quarterly Valid Enrollment Target in accordance with the chart below, you can earn a Loyalty Fee Discount. This discount is applied during the three billing periods that start in the following quarter.

Loyalty Fee Increase*
If your hotel fails to meet its Quarterly Valid Enrollment Target, your Loyalty Fee will increase. This increase will be applied during the three billing periods that start in the following quarter.

*WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham hotels are not subject to the Loyalty Fee Increase.
Missed Valid Enrollment Fee
If your hotel enrolls 33% or less of your Quarterly Valid Enrollment Target for two consecutive quarters, you'll be charged a Missed Valid Enrollment Fee of $750. Your hotel will be charged this fee on the first billing statement following the second consecutive quarter. For example:

Rewards Circle
The Rewards Circle Incentive Program helps owners and general managers motivate their front desk staff to enroll more Wyndham Rewards members — at no additional cost to their hotel. Hotel staff can earn Wyndham Rewards points for enrolling members, which can be redeemed for retail gift cards, free nights and more!

Loyalty Program Fee Credit
Your hotel can receive a Loyalty Program Fee Credit for enrollment stays.* For an enrollment stay to be eligible, it must:
- Be booked through your PMS or eDesk
- Be processed prior to check-out
- Include a valid first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code/postal code and phone number
- Have a nightly rate of US $25 or more
- Contain the same member number as the enrollment stay
The Loyalty Program Fee Credit is in addition to any quarterly loyalty fee discounts you receive. The more you enroll, the more your hotel benefits!
Important: While an email address is not required, it's a good idea to request a valid email address from new members so each enrollment with an associated stay counts toward your quarterly Valid Enrollment Target.
* Credits will appear on the billing statement of the month the enrollment stay is processed. (It may take up to 72 hours for Wyndham Rewards to process a stay once your hotel has submitted the member’s check-out information.)
Free Night Reimbursements
Wyndham Rewards members are encouraged to redeem points for a Free night at participating hotels. Wyndham will compensate your hotel for Free Nights based on your occupancy and average daily rate. You can find more details about Free Night redemptions and reimbursements in the Front Desk Guide.
